This year the Circus came for Sofia's party!

The cake was a two-tier chocolate cake with Oreo filling.
The bottom was blue with white clouds...

The figure was 2D with a 3D skirt laid on the top of the bottom cake.

"I will" Rock You!

This year's for my daughter birthday the theme was:

Rockstar!!

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to do any backdrop or banner, so I chose glitter ballons and ROCK silver ballons.

These glitter balloons are one of the Pinterest projects that do not work!

I also struggled with the cake, since the doll's head was too heavy for her body.
That is not a big problem, when the modeled figures are sitting or laying against something, but when she is standing up.... it was challenging!

I served again the famous Brazilian truffles, with decorations and names according to the theme...

Daft Punks :: chocolate truffles with silver sprinkles

Pink :: strawberry truffles

Blondies :: almond truffles

Bob Marleys :: coconut truffles

Once again, the candy was either without label or with costume made ones...

Microphone Cake-Pops...

And White & Pink Cake Pops...

Decorated Cookies:

Pink Stars and Black Musical Notes

And Royal Icing coated Pretzels:
(pretty delicious!)

Table with disposables and some chips...

Outside I placed again a tent...

And was I happy with this stage!!!!!

Some inflatable instruments and soap bubble bottles were all the kids needed to have fun!

In the center of the tent, a Piñata...

The kids loved the Tatto & Hair Parlour, where I did some face painting, temporary tattoos and spray painted the hair...

Inside the tent, I placed a table with Hot Dogs and Hamburgers...

... homemade beef patties, cooked in the oven, turned out great! A hit!

And besides Ketchup and Mayo, I prepared a "Queen Sauce" (Jamie Oliver's Sauce, with ketchup, mayo, Tabasco and Cognac) and a "Gangnam Style" Sauce (Marion Grasby's thai-spicy-hot sauce):

Later, for school, I prepared some cupcakes with Sugarpaste Guitars!

aren't they cool?!
